摘  要:膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是一种常见的关节退行性疾病,其发生和发展对膝关节周围的肌群影响严重,肌肉功能受到影响后将进一步加剧疾病的进展,形成关节退化、肌肉无力甚至肌肉萎缩的恶性循环。磁共振成像(MRI)对关节周围的肌肉、脂肪等软组织较敏感,大量研究证明MRI在评估膝关节周围肌肉萎缩方面优于常规X线、CT等。本文将综述近几年来MRI检测膝关节周围肌肉萎缩在KOA中的临床研究,比较不同MRI检测技术检测肌肉萎缩的优缺点,并探讨肌肉萎缩对KOA进展的影响。Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common degenerative disease of the joints,and its occurrence and development have a serious impact on the muscle groups around the knee joints.The affected muscle function further exacerbates the progression of KOA,resulting in a vicious circle of joint deterioration,muscle weakness and even muscle atrophy.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is a more sensitive examination to the muscles,fat and other soft tissues around the joint.A large number of studies have proved that MRI is superior to conventional X-ray and computer tomography(CT)in evaluating muscle atrophy around the knee joint.In this article,we reviewed the clinical studies on MRI detection of muscle atrophy around the knee joint in KOA patients in recent years,compared the advantages and disadvantages of different MRI detection techniques in diagnosing muscle atrophy,and discussed the impact of muscle atrophy on the progression of KOA.
