综合护理在妊娠高血压患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析综合护理在妊娠高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2023年3月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的妊娠高血压患者68例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组收缩压、舒张压、不良母婴结局总发生率低于对照组,饮食控制、规律锻炼、遵医用药、合理作息、定期复诊、韧性、自强、乐观评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理在妊娠高血压患者护理中的应用效果显著,能够改善患者血压、遵医行为以及心理弹性状况,减少不良母婴结局。Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with gestational hypertension.Methods:A total of 68 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from October 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of diet control,regular exercise,medication compliance,reasonable work and rest,regular follow-up visits,resilience,self-improvement,and optimism in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing has significant effects in the nursing of patients with gestational hypertension,and can ameliorate the blood pressure,medical compliance behavior and psychological resilience of patients,and reduce the adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
