摘　　要：目的:探讨多学科合作护理预防ICU留置鼻胃管患者压疮的效果。方法:选取2022年11月—2023年11月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院ICU留置鼻胃管患者84例作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组展开常规护理,观察组采用多学科合作护理。比较两组住院时间、压疮发生率、护理满意度、生活质量。结果:观察组住院时间短于对照组,压疮发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。护理前,两组生活能力、睡眠情况评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组生活能力、睡眠情况评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多学科合作护理在ICU留置鼻胃管患者中的应用效果理想,可降低压疮发生率,缩短住院时间,改善生活质量,提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaboration nursing on preventing pressure ulcer in ICU patients with nasogastric tube.Methods:A total of 84 patients with nasogastric tube in ICU of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received multidisciplinary collaboration nursing.The length of hospital stay,incidence of pressure ulcer,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of living ability and sleep status between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of living ability and sleep status in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of multidisciplinary collaboration nursing in ICU patients with nasogastric tube is ideal,which can reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.
