中医护理在全髋关节置换术患者围术期中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析全髋关节置换术患者围术期实施中医护理的临床效果。方法:将2022年1月—2023年6月于泰安市中医医院实施全髋关节置换术的患者120例作为研究对象,随机分成研究组(采用中医护理)、对照组(实施常规护理),每组60例。比较两组术后髋关节功能、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:术后,研究组髋关节功能(Harris评分)优于对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.001)。研究组并发症总发生率较对照组更低,比较有统计学差异(P=0.015)。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论:中医护理在全髋关节置换术患者围术期中的应用效果显著,能提高患者髋关节功能,且患者并发症少,护理满意度高。Objective:To explore the value differences of two nursing methods applied in total hip replacement surgery.Methods:120 patients who underwent total hip replacement surgery at Taian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to nursing methods,they were divided into two groups the study group(traditional Chinese medicine nursing),control group(routine nursing).Compare the postoperative hip joint function,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results:After surgery,hip joint function(the Harris score)of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).The overall satisfaction with nursing care in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the perioperative period of patients undergoing total hip replacement surgery is significant,which can improve hip joint function recovery and promote its use.
