个性化延续护理在老年溃疡性结肠炎患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察对老年溃疡性结肠炎患者应用个性化延续护理的效果。方法:将南京江北医院接诊收治的70例老年溃疡性结肠炎患者(收入时间:2020年6月—2022年6月)作为研究样本,运用随机数字表法进行分组。对照组(n=35)行常规护理,观察组(n=35)运用个性化延续护理方案。对比两组护理效果。结果:护理前,两组患者生活质量评价量表评分无差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者生活质量评价量表评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组遵医用药、合理饮食、自我管理、掌握疾病相关知识占比,护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年溃疡性结肠炎患者实施个性化延续护理的效果显著,护理后,患者生活质量、自我护理能力得以提高,护理满意度随之提升。Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of individualized extended care for elderly patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:From June 2020 to June 2022,70 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Nanjing Jiangbei Hospital were selected as study samples.35 cases in the control group and 35 cases in the observation group.Group nursing method is to provide routine nursing care to the control group,and combine personalized continuous nursing care with the observation group and the control group.Compare various indicators after group nursing,including quality of life score,self-care ability score,and overall patient satisfaction with nursing.Results:Before the implementation of group nursing,there was no statistical significance in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the implementation of care,the SF-36 scores of both groups were higher than those before care,and the results of intergroup comparison were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.001).The proportion of adherence to medical drugs,rational diet,the level of self-management and disease-related knowledge in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Comparing the overall nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients,all the indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the implementation of individualized extended care for elderly patients with ulcerative colitis,the effect is significant,which is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients after receiving intervention and improving their own nursing ability,and the satisfaction of nursing service quality is high,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
