基于呼吸困难评级的护理干预在呼吸内科患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析基于呼吸困难评级的护理干预在呼吸内科患者的应用效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年5月怀仁市医疗集团人民医院呼吸内科患者66例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各33例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行基于呼吸困难评级的护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理前,两组呼吸困难分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组呼吸困难分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理前,两组呼气峰值流速(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组PEF、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。结论:基于呼吸困难评级的护理干预在呼吸内科患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者呼吸困难症状及肺功能指标,提高护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing intervention based on dyspnea rating in patients of respiratory department.Methods:A total of 66 patients were selected from Respiratory Department of Huairen Medical Group People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023,as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 33 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received dyspnea rating-based nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in dyspnea ranting between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the dyspnea ranting in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1))and FEV_(1)/FVC between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the PEF,FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028).Conclusions:The nursing intervention based on dyspnea rating has a significant effect in patients of respiratory department,and can ameliorate the dyspnea symptoms and pulmonary function indexes,and improve nursing satisfaction.
