预见性护理模式在高度近视患者有晶体眼后房型人工晶体植入术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析预见性护理模式在高度近视患者有晶体眼后房型人工晶体(ICL)植入术中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月于东莞光明眼科医院行ICL植入术的高度近视患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组行常规护理,观察组开展预见性护理模式。比较两组生活质量、睡眠质量、护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会职能及总体健康评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会职能及总体健康评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理前,两组入睡时间、睡眠效率、日间功能及睡眠障碍评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组入睡时间、睡眠效率、日间功能及睡眠障碍评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。结论:预见性护理模式在高度近视患者ICL植入术中的应用效果较好,能够改善患者的生活质量和睡眠质量,提高护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of predictive nursing model in implantable collamer lens(ICL)implantation for patients with high myopia.Methods:A total of 98 patients with high myopia who underwent ICL implantation in Dongguan Guangming Ophthalmic Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received predictive nursing model.Quality of life,sleep quality,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of physiological function,physical pain,social function and overall health between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological function,physical pain,social function and overall health in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in asleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime function and sleep disorder scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the asleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime function and sleep disorder scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).Conclusions:The application effect of predictive nursing model in ICL implantation for patients with high myopia is good,which can improve the quality of life and sleep quality of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
