循证护理预防肠造口还纳术后患者失禁相关性皮炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析循证护理预防肠造口还纳术后患者失禁相关性皮炎的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月于广西中医药大学第一附属医院行肠造口还纳术患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施循证护理。比较两组失禁相关性皮炎发生率、失禁相关性皮炎严重程度。结果:观察组失禁相关性皮炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。观察组失禁相关性皮炎严重程度评估量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:循证护理能够降低肠造口还纳术后患者失禁相关性皮炎发生率,减轻失禁相关性皮炎症状。Objective:To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on preventing incontinence-related dermatitis in patients after enterostomy reduction.Methods:Sixty patients who underwent enterostomy restoration in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing based on the control group.The incidence and severity of incontinence-related dermatitis were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of incontinence related dermatitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024);the score of the severity assessment scale of incontinence related dermatitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).Conclusion:Evidencebased nursing can reduce the incidence and symptoms of incontinent-related dermatitis after enterostomy reduction.
