摘　　要：目的:调查北京市男男性行为者寻求心理支持意愿情况,分析其影响因素。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月首都医科大学附属北京地坛医院以及红石榴公益组织协助招募的229名男男性行为者作为研究对象,收集其相关信息,包括目前是否有寻求心理支持的意愿、年龄、是否自觉受到他人歧视、是否寻求过心理支持、既往经历的影响、焦虑情况、抑郁情况,统计男男性行为者目前有寻求心理支持意愿的人数,分析男男性行为者寻求心理支持意愿的影响因素。结果:229名男男性行为者中,有寻求心理支持意愿147名(64.19%),无寻求心理支持意愿82名(35.81%)。是否自觉受到他人歧视、是否寻求过心理支持、既往经历的影响、焦虑情况、抑郁情况是男男性行为者寻求心理支持意愿的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。存在抑郁症状、既往经历的负面影响为男男性行为者寻求心理支持意愿的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:北京市男男性行为者心理健康状况较差,多数有寻求心理支持意愿,存在抑郁症状、既往经历的负面影响为男男性行为者寻求心理支持意愿的独立危险因素,相关人员需加强对男男性行为者的个体化心理健康干预,帮助其改善心理状态。Objective:To survey the psychological support seeking willingness among men who have sex with men(MSM)in Beijing,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 229 men who had sex with men who were recruited with the assistance of Beijing Ditan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University and the Red Pomegranate Charity Organization from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Their relevant information were collected,including whether they were currently willing to seek psychological support,age,whether they felt discriminated against by others,whether they had sought psychological support,the influence of past experiences,anxiety,depression.The number of men who have sex with men who were currently willing to seek psychological support was counted.The influencing factors of psychological support seeking willingness among men who have sex with men were analyzed.Results:Among the 229 men who have sex with men,147 cases(64.19%)were willing to seek psychological support and 82 cases(35.81%)were not willing to seek psychological support.Whether they felt discriminated against by others,whether they had sought psychological support,the influence of past experiences,anxiety and depression were the influencing factors of psychological support seeking willingness among men who have sex with men,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The presence of depressive symptoms and the negative impact of past experiences were independent risk factors for psychological support seeking willingness among men who have sex with men(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mental health status of men who have sex with men in Beijing is poor,and most of them are willing to seek psychological support.The presence of depressive symptoms and the negative impact of past experiences are independent risk factors for psychological support seeking willingness among men who have sex with men.The relevant personnel shall strengthen the individualized mental health interventions for men who have sex with men
