手术治疗与中医保守治疗在MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析手术治疗与中医保守治疗在MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2023年10月广饶县人民医院收治的76例MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为保守组与手术组,各38例。保守组实施中医保守治疗,手术组实施前方入路手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组疼痛评分低于治疗前,且手术组低于保守组;两组肘功能评分高于治疗前,且手术组高于保守组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患肢肌力等级高于治疗前,且手术组高于保守组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。手术组并发症总发生率低于保守组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.047)。结论:手术与中医保守方法治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨头骨折均有一定效果,但手术治疗效果更显著,可缓解患者疼痛,改善肘功能,恢复患肢肌力,减少并发症。Objective:To analyze the application effect of surgical treatment and traditional Chinese medicine conservative treat⁃ment in patients with Mason typeⅡradial head fracture.Methods:A total of 76 patients with Mason typeⅡradial head fracture admitted to the People's Hospital of Gugrao from January 2018 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.These pa⁃tients were divided into conservative group and surgery group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The conservative group received traditional Chinese medicine conservative treatment,and the surgery group received ante⁃rior approach surgical treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the pain score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the score in the surgery group was lower than that in the conservative group;the elbow function score in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the score in the surgery group was higher than that in the conservative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the muscle strength rating level of the affected limb in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the level in the surgery group was higher than that in the conservative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the surgery group was lower than that in the conservative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.047).Conclusion:Both surgical treatment and traditional Chinese medicine conservative treatment have certain effects on Mason typeⅡradial head fracture,but surgical treatment has more significant effect,and can relieve pain,improve elbow func⁃tion,restore muscle strength of affected limb,and reduce complications.
