电子支气管镜下吸痰治疗肺部感染的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析电子支气管镜下吸痰治疗肺部感染的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月无锡市江阴临港医院收治的肺部感染患者80例作为研究对象,采用信封法随机分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组实施常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上实施电子支气管镜下吸痰治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积、最大通气量、肺总量大于治疗前,且研究组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血氧饱和度、pH、动脉血氧分压高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,两组动脉血二氧化碳分压低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电子支气管镜下吸痰治疗肺部感染的临床效果显著,可改善患者肺功能和动脉血气指标,减轻炎性反应。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of sputum aspiration under electronic bronchoscope in the treatment of pulmo⁃nary infection.Methods:A total of 80 patients with pulmonary infection admitted to Jiangyin Lingang Hospital in Wuxi from Janu⁃ary 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group by envelope method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given sputum aspiration under electronic bronchoscope on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in 1 s,maximal voluntary ventilarion and total lung capacity in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,these indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of white blood cell count,C-reactive pro⁃tein and procalcitonin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood oxygen saturation,pH and arterial partial pressure of oxygen in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and this index in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electronic bronchoscopic sputum aspiration has significant clinical effect in the treatment of pul⁃monary infection,and can improve lung function and arterial blood gas indexes and relieve inflammatory reaction.
