健脾温肾汤联合常规西药治疗儿童腹泻型肠易激综合征的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析健脾温肾汤联合常规西药治疗儿童腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月临沂市费县中医医院收治的228例IBS-D患儿作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各114例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予健脾温肾汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组腹痛缓解时间、大便恢复时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。结论:健脾温肾汤联合常规西药治疗儿童IBS-D的效果显著,可缓解患者临床症状,减轻炎性反应,促进患者康复。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of invigorating spleen and warming kidney decoction combined with con⁃ventional western medicine on irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea(IBS-D)in children.Methods:A total of 228 children with IBS-D who were admitted to Feixian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into test group and control group with 114 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The test group was treated with invigorating spleen and warming kidney de⁃coction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of abdominal pain relief and stool recovery in the test group were earlier than those in the control group,the length of hospital stay in the test group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the lev⁃els of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels in the test group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the scores in the test group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate of treatment in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P=0.019).Conclusion:Invigorating spleen and warming kidney decoction combined with conventional western medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of IBS-D in children,and can alleviate clinical symptoms,relieve inflammatory reaction and promote the recovery of patients.
