中药联合乳酸左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中药联合乳酸左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月南京市红十字医院收治的80例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组应用乳酸左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用中药治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合乳酸左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果显著,可减轻炎性反应,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese drug combined with levofloxacin lactate in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Nanjing Red Cross Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin lactate and the observation group was treated with Chinese drugs on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,occurrence of adverse reactions,and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.045).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chinese drug and levofloxacin lactate has significant clinical effects in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and can relieve inflammatory reaction with a high safety.
