摘　　要：目的:探讨MUS-3600全自动尿液分析系统室内质控情况及应对措施。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年9月井陉矿区人民医院检验科MUS-3600全自动尿液分析系统室内质控结果作为研究资料,统计失控率、假失控率、误差检出率。结果:有形成分分析阳性失控率、干化学分析阳性失控率较高,有形成分分析阳性假失控率较高,聚焦、干化学分析阴性失控全部检出。结论:MUS-3600全自动尿液分析系统可能会出现失控、假失控、误差检出不完全,临床检测工作应采取针对性应对措施,提高质控及检测结果的准确性。Objective:To explore the internal quality control and countermeasures of MUS-3600Q fully automatic urine analysis system.Methods:The internal quality control results of MUS-3600 fully automatic urine analysis system in the Laboratory Department of Jingxing Mining Area People's Hospital from April 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research data.The out-of-control rate,false out-of-control rate and error detection rate were counted.Results:The positive out-of-control rates of formed elements by component analysis and dry chemical analysis were high,the positive false out-of-control rate of formed elements by component analysis was high,and all negative out-of-control by focused and dry chemical analysis were detected.Conclusion:MUS-3600 fully automatic urine analysis system may appear out-of-control,false out-of-control,and incomplete error detection,so targeted countermeasures should be taken in clinical testing to improve the quality control and test result accuracy.
