摘　　要：目的:分析风险控制管理联合个性化护理在老年高血压脑出血(HICH)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月上海市第一人民医院酒泉医院收治的老年HICH患者90例作为研究对象,按掷硬币法随机分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予风险控制管理联合个性化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组神经功能、日常生活能力、生活质量、遵医行为均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件及并发症总发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风险控制管理联合个性化护理在老年HIGH患者中的应用效果较好,能改善患者神经功能、遵医行为,提高其日常生活能力和生活质量,减少风险事件及并发症。Objective:To analyze the application ffeet of risk control management combined with personalized nursing in elderly patients with hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage(HICH).Methods:A total of 90 elderly patients with HICH who were admitted to Shanghai First People's Hosapital Jiuquan Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by coin toss method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nusing,and the observation group received risk control management combined with personalized nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing efect was compared between the two groups.Results:Afer nursing,the neurological function,daily living ability,quality of life,and medical compliance behavior in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events and complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the dfference was satistially significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of risk control management combined with personalized nursing in elderly patients with HIGH is good,which can improve the neurological function and medical compliance behavior of patients,improve their daily living ability and quality of life,and reduce risk events and complications.
