综合护理在膝关节骨性关节炎患者自体富血小板血浆关节腔内注射治疗中应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析综合护理在膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者自体富血小板血浆(PRP)关节腔内注射治疗中应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于临沂市临沭县郑山街道南古卫生院行自体PRP关节腔内注射治疗的KOA患者150例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对比组,各75例。对比组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合护理。比较两组护理效果、疼痛程度、膝关节功能、护理满意度。结果:研究组护理总有效率高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。护理前,两组疼痛、膝关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组疼痛、膝关节功能评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组护理总满意度高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。结论:综合护理在KOA患者自体PRP关节腔内注射治疗中应用效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛程度,改善膝关节功能,提高患者满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive care in autologous platelet-rich plasma(PRP)intraarticular injection treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients.Methods:A total of 150 patients with KOA who underwent PRP intraarticular injection treatment in Linyi City Linshu County Zhengshan Sub-district Nangu Health Center from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as study subjects.The patients were divided into study group and comparison group according to random number table method,with 75 patients in each group.The comparison group received conventional care,and the study group received comprehensive care.The nursing effect,pain level,knee joint function and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the pain and knee joint function scores between two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the pain and knee joint function scores in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the comparison group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The overall nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).Conclusion:Comprehensive care has significant application effects in PRP intraarticular injection treatment of KOA patients.It can relieve the pain level of patients,improve knee joint function,and increase patient's satisfaction.
