全面护理在急性缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓联合动脉取栓术后护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析全面护理在急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者静脉溶栓联合动脉取栓术后护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月桂林医学院附属医院收治的78例AIS患者作为研究对象,随机分为参照组和观察组,各39例。参照组实施常规术后护理,观察组实施全面护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组上肢功能、下肢功能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组神经功能、焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。结论:全面护理在AIS患者静脉溶栓联合动脉取栓术后护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患者肢体功能、神经功能,缓解负面情绪,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing care in postoperative nursing care of patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)undergoing intravenous thrombolysis combined with arterial thrombectomy.Methods:A total of 78 AIS patients who were admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into reference group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The reference group implemented routine postoperative nursing care,and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing care.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of upper limb function and lower limb function in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of neurological function,anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing care in postoperative nursing care of AIS patients undergoing intravenous thrombolysis combined with arterial thrombectomy has significant effects,which can improve the limb function and neurological function of patients,alleviate negative emotions,and reduce the incidence of complications.
