摘　　要：目的:编制早产儿出院准备度量表并进行信效度检验,为制定和实施早产儿家庭准备度的护理方案提供参考依据。方法:根据文献分析和半结构访谈方法,经两轮德尔菲专家函询法构建早产儿出院准备度评价指标,编制初始量表。选取2021年1月—2022年1月滨州医学院附属医院收治的新生儿重症监护室340名早产儿的照护者作为调查对象。评估量表的内容效度,进行探索性因子分析、信度分析(Cronbach'sα)和重测信度分析。结果:本研究编制的早产儿出院准备度量表,共10个维度51个条目。探索性因子分析提取出共同因子10个,累计方差贡献率73.635%。量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.965、折半信度为0.903;重测信度为0.964、折半信度为0.885;量表整体内容效度为0.950,量表各条目内容效度为0.824~1.000。结论:本研究编制的早产儿出院准备度量表信效度良好,可评价早产儿照护者的家庭准备度,量表条目易于理解,易被家长接受。Objective:To prepare the readiness for hospital discharge scale for premature infants and test its reliability and validity,and to provide reference for the formulation and implementation of nursing scheme of family readiness for premature infants.Methods:According to literature analysis and semi-structured interview method,two rounds of Delphi expert letter consultation method were used to construct the evaluation index of discharge readiness of premature infants,and the initial scale was prepared.From January 2021 to January 2022,314 caregivers of premature infants who were admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Binzhou Medical University Hospital were selected as the study subjects.After evaluating the content validity of the scale,exploratory factor analysis,reliability analysis(Cronbach'sα)and retest reliability analysis were conducted.Results:There were 51 items in 10 dimensions in the readiness for hospital discharge scale for preterm infants prepared in this study.Ten common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 73.635%.Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.965 and the split-half reliability was 0.903.The retest reliability was 0.964 and the split-half reliability was 0.885.The overall content validity of the scale was 0.950,and the content validity of each item of the scale was 0.824-1.000.Conclusion:The readiness for hospital discharge scale for premature infants prepared in this study has good reliability and validity,and can evaluate the family readiness of caregivers of preterm infants.The scale items are convenient to be understood and accepted by parents.
