摘　　要：目的:分析长期护理保险(以下简称“长护险”)参保老年人家庭病床的需求意愿及其影响因素。方法:选取2022年6—12月上海市浦东新区花木社区卫生服务中心全科诊室收治的有长护险老年患者82例作为研究对象,收集患者基本信息,了解患者日常生活能力、对家庭病床的了解程度,分析老年人家庭病床的需求意愿及其影响因素。结果:82例老年人对家庭病床需求有意愿53例(64.63%),无意愿29例(35.37%)。年龄、能否独立看病、居住方式、患慢性病种类、日常生活能力、对家庭病床的了解程度是长护险参保老年人对家庭病床需求意愿的影响因素(P<0.05)。年龄≥70岁、不能独立看病、独居、慢性病种类>2种、日常生活不能完全自理、对家庭病床了解是长护险参保老年人对家庭病床需求意愿的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:长护险参保老年人家庭病床的需求意愿较高,且受多种因素影响,医疗机构应注重老年人需求,为其提供全面、便捷的医疗服务。Objective:To analyze the demand willingness of insured elderly with long-term care insurance for family beds and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 82 elderly patients with long-term care insurance admitted to Department of General Medicine,Shanghai Pudong New Area Huamu Community Health Service Center from June 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The basic information of the patients was collected.The patients'daily living ability and understanding of family beds were analyzed.The demand willingness for family beds and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results:Among 82 elderly patients,53 cases(64.63%)had demand willingness for family beds,and 29 cases(35.37%)were unwilling.Age,ability to independently seek medical treatment,living style,type of chronic disease,ability of daily living,and understanding of family beds were the influencing factors of the demand willingness of insured elderly with long-term care insurance for family beds(P<0.05).Age≥70 years old,unable to independently seek medical treatment,living alone,>2 types of chronic diseases,complete inability of daily living,and understanding of family beds were the independent influencing factors of the demand willingness of insured elderly with long-term care insurance for family beds(P<0.05).Conclusion:The demand willingness of insured elderly with long-term care insurance for family beds is relatively high,and it is affected by many factors.Medical institutions should pay attention to the needs of the elderly and provide them with comprehensive and convenient medical services.
