淄博市乡镇卫生院传染病现状及预防、控制管理方法探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析淄博市乡镇卫生院传染病现状,探讨预防、控制管理方法。方法:统计2022年1—12月山东省淄博市108所乡镇卫生院传染病病例报告,分析传染病病例报告基本情况、具体情况及误诊情况。结果:2022年1—12月,108所乡镇卫生院中有106所(98.15%)上传了传染病病例报告,共21600份。21600份传染病报告中,以乙类传染病数量最多,无甲类传染病。乙类传染病以细菌性痢疾最多,丙类传染病以流行性感冒最多。21600份传染病病例报告中,误诊1320份,其中以乙类传染病居多。误诊的乙类传染病报告中,以丙型肝炎最多,其次为乙型肝炎、甲型肝炎;误诊的丙类传染病病例报告中,以流行性感冒最多。结论:乡镇卫生院传染病病例报告数量较多,需要以国家相关规章制度作为基础,积极改善当前传染病预防与控制管理工作中存在的问题,预防传染病扩散。Objective:To analyze the current condition of infectious disease in township health centers of Zibo City,and explore the management methods for prevention and control.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2022,the infectious disease case repots of 108 township health centers in Zibo City of Shandong Province were counted.The basic situation,specific situation and misdiagnosis in infectious disease case repots were analyzed.Results:From January 2022 to December 2022,106(98.15%)of the 108 township health centers uploaded infectious disease case repots,with a total of 21600 infectious disease cases.Among the 21600 infectious disease case repots,the number of Class B infectious disease was the highest,and no Class A infectious disease was reported.Bacillary dysentery was predominant in Class B infectious disease,and influenza was predominant in Class C infectious disease.Among the 21600 infectious disease medical record repots,there were 1320 reports of misdiagnosis,mainly involving Class B infectious disease.Among Class B infectious disease case repots of misdiagnosis,hepatitis C was predominant,followed by hepatitis B and hepatitis A.Among Class C infectious disease case repots of misdiagnosis,influenza was predominant.Conclusion:The number of infectious disease case repots in township health centers is relatively high.It is necessary to actively improve the problems in the prevention and control of infectious diseases and prevent the spread of infectious diseases based on relevant national rules and regulations.
