下肢矫形器在脑卒中后偏瘫康复中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：脑卒中具有高发病率、高致死率、高致残率的特点,偏瘫是脑卒中后常见的一种后遗症,会给患者活动能力和肢体稳定性带来负面影响,降低患者日常生活质量。下肢矫形器已被证实对脑卒中后下肢偏瘫具有治疗作用,其可以有效地限制踝关节跖屈、膝关节反张和屈曲,从而进一步加快患者行走速度,提高行走稳定性,最终实现步态优化。该文对下肢矫形器在脑卒中后偏瘫患者康复中的应用研究进行了综述。Stroke is characterized by high incidence rate,high mortality and high disability rate.Hemiplegia is a common sequela after stroke,which will bring negative effects on patients′activity ability and limb stability and reduce their quality of daily life.Lower limb orthotics have been proven to have therapeutic effects on lower limb hemiplegia after stroke.They can effectively limit ankle plantar flexion,knee joint reflexion and flexion,thereby further accelerating patient walking speed,improving walking stability,and ultimately achieving gait optimization.The article reviews the application research of lower limb orthotics in the rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients after stroke.
