摘　　要：弹簧韧带损伤在临床上往往容易被忽略,原因在于其发病机制较为隐匿,临床症状体征不典型。若弹簧韧带损伤得不到及时正确处理,可能导致扁平足畸形等,严重时甚至引起足部长期慢性疼痛。该文从弹簧韧带损伤的解剖和临床特征、治疗方式及术后康复等方面进行了综述。加强对弹簧韧带损伤的相关研究,降低其漏诊及误诊率,正确治疗弹簧韧带损伤及术后正规康复训练,是目前足踝外科领域研究的热点和难点。选择最佳的方式来修复损伤的弹簧韧带,以及后期制定个性化康复方案将是未来研究的重要方向。Spring ligament injury is often overlooked in clinical practice due to its underlying pathogenesis and atypical clinical symptoms and signs.If the damage to the spring ligament is not treated in a timely and correct manner,it may lead to flatfoot deformities,and in severe cases,it may even cause long-term chronic pain in the foot.The article reviews the anatomical and clinical characteristics,treatment methods,and postoperative rehabilitation of spring ligament injuries.Strengthening research on spring ligament injury,reducing its misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates,correctly treating spring ligament injury,and providing formal postoperative rehabilitation training are currently hot and difficult topics in the field of foot and ankle surgery.Choosing the best way to repair damaged spring ligaments and developing personalized rehabilitation plans in the later stage will be important directions for future research.
