“找实习”:制度社会资本与大学生实习实践研究

摘　　要：本文探讨了制度社会资本对大学生找实习的影响。研究发现,制度社会资本通过正式制度和非正式制度两种路径对大学生获得实习机会产生影响,且制度社会资本通过两种不同路径发挥作用的机制不同。正式制度路径包括实习信息推送机制和定向招募机制,非正式制度路径包括信息圈层机制、制度性身份选拔机制和共享知识体系机制。大学生运用制度社会资本来找实习是一个结合自身主观能动性、私人社会资本等资源的综合实践过程,社会分层的机制也可能由此产生。This paper discusses the influences of institutional social capital for college students'internship search.It is found that the formal and informal forms of institutional social capital have impact on the internship acquisition of college students,and the two forms of institutional social capital work through different mechanisms.TThe former includes internship information push mechanism and targeted recruitment mechanism,while the latter includes information circle mechanism,institutional identity selection mechanism and shared knowledge system mechanism.Cllege students applying institutional social capital to find internship is a comprehensive practical process combining their own subjective initiative,private social capital and other resources,and the mechanism of social stratification may also come into being as a result.
