摘　　要：目的分析杜仲作为"腰痛要药"的古今认识,为临床应用提供参考.方法通过查阅本草论述及近十年关于杜仲治疗腰痛的临床应用及药理研究报道,分析杜仲善治腰痛的科学内涵及作用机制.结果杜仲具有补肝肾、强筋骨的功效,古今文献及临床医案研究发现杜仲为治疗腰痛的高频用药,现代临床中常用于治疗骨质疏松症、腰椎间盘突出及强直性脊柱炎等以腰痛为主症的疾病.药理研究证实杜仲具有抗骨质疏松、抗炎及镇痛等作用,为治疗腰痛提供了实验依据.结论此研究较为全面地阐释了杜仲善治腰痛的科学内涵,以期为该药临床治疗腰痛提供理论参考.Objective To analyze the ancient and modern understanding of Eucommia ulmoides(EU)as a necessary medicine for lumbago,and provide reference for clinical application.Methods The scientific connotation and mechanism of action of EU in treating lumbago was analyzed by reviewing Materia Medica and the clinical application and pharmacological research reports in the past decade.Results EU has the functions of nourishing the Liver and Kidney,and strengthening muscles and bones.Studies in ancient and modern literature and clinical medical records have found that EU is a high-frequency herb for treating lumbago.It is commonly used in modern clinical treatment for diseases such as osteoporosis,lumbar disc herniation,and ankylosing spondylitis,which are mainly characterized by lumbago.Pharmacological studies have confirmed that EU has anti-osteoporosis,anti-inflammatory,and analgesic effects,providing experimental evidence for the treatment of lumbago.Conclusion This study comprehensively explains the scientific connotation of EU for the treatment of lumbago,in order to provide theoretical reference for the clinical treatment of lumbago with it.
