摘　　要：目的探究环泊酚和丙泊酚在老年无痛胃镜检查中的镇静效果差异及安全性.方法选取2022年12月-2023年9月邵阳学院附属第一医院收治的164例进行无痛胃镜检查的老年患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组82例.对照组采用丙泊酚治疗,研究组采用环泊酚治疗.对比两组改良警觉/镇静评分、BIS、快速诱导时间、苏醒时间、药物追加次数及追加总量、药物总量、恢复室停留时间及不良反应.结果研究组患者OAA/S评分分级优于对照组,P<0.05.研究组患者T2、T3时的BIS值均低于对照组,P<0.05.研究组患者快速诱导时间、苏醒时间、药物追加次数、追加总量、药物总量、恢复室停留时间均低于对照组,P<0.05.研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05.结论与丙泊酚相比,环泊酚能改善老年无痛胃镜患者的镇静效果,稳定围术期BIS值,提高苏醒质量,且不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广.Objective To explore the comparative sedative effect and safety of propofol and cyclopentanol in elderly painless gastroscopy examination.Methods This study aims to select 164 elderly patients who underwent painless gastroscopy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shaoyang University from December 2022 to September 2023 as the research subjects.They will be divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 82 cases in each group.The control group was treated with propofol,while the study group was treated with cyclophosphamide.Compare two groups of improved alertness/sedation scores,BIS,rapid induction time,awakening time,number and total amount of drug additions,total amount of drug,recovery room stay time,and adverse reactions.Results The OAA/S score grading of the study group patients was better than that of the control group,with P<0.05.The BIS values of patients in the study group at T2 and T3 were lower than those in the control group,with P<0.05.The rapid induction time,awakening time,number of drug additions,total amount of additions,total amount of drugs,and recovery room stay time of the study group patients were all lower than those of the control group,with P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with propofol,ciprofloxacin can improve the sedative effect of elderly painless gastroscopy patients,stabilize the perioperative BIS value,improve awakening quality,and has fewer adverse reactions and higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
