摘　　要：目的研讨高血压患者常见用药不良反应及药物合理应用的效果.方法选取2021年1月-2021年12月青海省中医院收治的300例高血压患者为研究对象,根据应用药物的不同分成五组进行观察,分别予以ARB降压药、β受体阻滞剂、利尿剂、ACEI降压药以及CCB降压药,根据不同治疗方法下患者的不良反应发生情况进行比较.结果利尿剂组在接受治疗后,有10例低血钾症患者,不良反应发生率为16.67%,而ACEI降压药组在治疗后出现4例低血压和2例恶心,不良反应发生率10%;ARB降压药组出现2例头晕和4例恶心,不良反应发生率为10%;β受体阻滞剂组出现4例心动过缓和2例支气管痉挛,该组患者不良反应发生率为10%.CCB降压药组的不良反应发生率为6.67%,出现4例下肢水肿的患者.结论治疗高血压患者时,需根据患者的病情以及对降压药物的适应证、禁忌证等,选取适宜的治疗方案,可根据患者的心血管状况选取降压药物种类,防止患者用药过后出现不良反应,使药物治疗的降压效果以及临床有效性提升.Objective To investigate the common adverse drug reactions in patients with hypertension and the effect of rational drug use.Methods A total of 300 hypertensive patients admitted to Qinghai Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into 5 groups according to the different drugs used,and were given ARB antihypertensive drugs,β-blockers,diuretics,ACE inhibitor antihypertensive drugs and CCB antihypertensive drugs,and the adverse reactions of the patients under different treatment methods were compared.Results There were 10 patients with hypokalemia in the diuretic group with an adverse reaction rate of 16.67%after treatment,while in the ACE inhibitor antihypertensive drug group,there were 4 cases of hypotension and 2 cases of nausea after treatment,with an adverse reaction rate of 10%,in the group with 2 cases of dizziness and 4 cases of nausea in the ARB antihypertensive drug group,with an adverse reaction rate of 10%,and in the group with 4 cases of bradycardia and 2 cases of bronchospasm,the incidence of adverse reactions in theβgroup was 10%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the CCB antihypertensive drug group was 6.67%,and there were 4 patients with lower limb edema.Conclusion In the treatment of hypertensive patients,it is necessary to select the appropriate treatment plan according to the patient’s condition,the indications and contraindications of antihypertensive drugs,and the type of antihypertensive drugs can be selected according to the patient’s cardiovascular condition,so as to prevent adverse reactions after medication and improve the antihypertensive effect and clinical effectiveness of drug therapy.
