摘　　要：目的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)是最常见的性传播病毒之一,其感染具有显著的地域性和人群差异.近期贵州地区没有大样本量的HPV数据更新,该研究拟分析贵州地区32935例女性人乳头瘤病毒感染特征,为HPV的检验和预防治疗提供数据.方法采集2023年在遵义医科大学附属医院就诊的女性的宫颈脱落细胞,用磁珠法提取核酸,采用实时荧光PCR法对HPV DNA进行分型检测.对检测结果分组,进行统计分析.结果在受检测的32935例样本中,HPV总感染率为18.80%(6193/32935),共检出HPV8181次.最常见的3种HPV型别为:HPV52(18.29%;1496/8181)、HPV58(10.98%;898/8181)、HPV16(10.21%;835/8181).在所有年龄组中,46-50岁组(13.90%,861/5154)达到最高峰,检出率随着年龄偏离,31-55岁呈现明显下降趋势.HPV以单重感染为主和高危型感染为主.组内感染率最高的年龄段为15-20岁.结论贵州地区HPV感染率有所下降,并与其他地区存在差异.HPV总体感染率约为18.80%,以高危型感染为主.HPV52、58、16、53、81是最常见的5种HPV型别.15-20岁组阳性率和多重感染率均较高.Objective Human papillomavirus(HPV)is one of the most common sexually transmitted viruses,with significant regional and population variances in infection rates.There is a lack of updated large-scale HPV data in recent years in Guizhou province.This study aims to analyze the characteristics of HPV infection in 32935 women in Guizhou province,providing data for HPV detection,prevention and treatment.Methods Cervical exfoliated cells were collected from women who visited our hospital in 2023.HPV DNA was extracted and typed using real-time fluorescence PCR.The detection results were grouped and statistically analyzed.Results Among the 32935 samples tested,the overall HPV infection rate was 18.80%(6193/32935),with a total of 8181 HPV detections.The three most common HPV types were:HPV52(18.29%;1496/8181),HPV58(10.98%;898/8181),and HPV16(10.21%;835/8181).The highest detection rate was in the 46-50 age group(13.90%,861/5154),with a significant decrease in detection rate as age deviated from 31-55.HPV infections were mainly single and high-risk type infections.The highest infection rate within groups was in the 15-20 age group.Conclusion The HPV infection rate in Guizhou province has decreased and differs from other regions.The overall HPV infection rate is approximately 18.80%,with high-risk type infections being predominant.HPV52,58,16,53,and 81 are the five most common HPV types.The 15-20 age group has high positivity and multiple infection rates.
