2022年上海市某社区65岁及以上老年人体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解社区老年人的身体状况,以便更有效地开展社区老年人健康管理活动,提升老年人健康水平.方法收集2022年上海市静安区芷江西路街道社区65岁及以上老年人体检的信息,包括BMI、血压、血糖、血常规、尿常规、B超以及心电图,用统计学方法进行分析.结果超重与肥胖38.7%,血压高值18.1%,血糖高值23.7%,血脂异常26.6%,脂肪肝42.6%,胆结石11.1%,尿常规异常32.2%,心电图异常68.1%.超重与肥胖、血压异常男性高于女性,尿常规异常男性低于女性,随着年龄的增长,尿常规、心电图异常增加.结论该社区65岁及以上老年人超重与肥胖、血脂异常、高血压、糖尿病等疾病多发,应考虑生活方式的改变,预防常见病.Objective To understandhe physical conditions of the elderly in the community,so as to carry out health management activities for the elderly in the community and improve the health level of the elderly.Methods Collect the information of physical examination of the elderly aged 65 and above in Zhijiang West Road Community,Jing’an District,Shanghai in 2022,including BMI,blood pressure,blood sugar,blood routine,urine routine,B-ultrasound,and electrocardiogram,were collected and then analyzed with the statistical method.Results Among all the elderly people,38.7%had overweight and obesity,18.1%hypertension,23.7%hyperglycemia,26.6%dyslipidemia,42.6%fatty liver,11.1%gallstone,32.2%abnormal urine routine,and 68.1%abnormal electrocardiogram.Overweight and obesity and abnormal blood pressure in males were more common than those in females,but abnormal urine routine in males was less common than that in females.Abnormal urine routine and abnormal electrocardiogram increased with age.Conclusion The diseases such as overweight and obesity,dyslipidemia,hypertension,and diabetes are more common in the elderly aged 65 or above.Therefore,attention should be paid to lifestyle intervention,so as to prevent these common diseases.
