摘 要:目的通过统计宁夏血液中心新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情前后病毒灭活血浆临床供应量及变化情况,为保障临床安全用血,提高成分病毒灭活血浆的制备能力及临床供应率提供依据.方法收集2018-2023年宁夏血液中心供给临床的血浆数据,分析每年各类成分血浆供应情况,用百分比的方法计算COVID-19疫情前后阶段病毒灭活血浆临床供应量及增长比例.结果疫情前(2018-2019年)宁夏血液中心病毒灭活血浆临床供应率达76.75%,疫情期(2020-2022年)病毒灭活血浆临床供应率达93.80%,疫情后(2023年)病毒灭活血浆供应率达96.17%.结论随着经济发展和国家医疗体系的完善,人们的输血安全意识不断提升,病毒灭活血浆逐渐广泛应用于临床,并成为该地区血浆输注的基本模式.Objective In order to ensure the safety of clinical blood use,improve the preparation capability of virus-inactivated plasma and provide basis for clinical supply rate,that supply and change of virus-inactivated plasma before and after the COVID-19 of Ningxia blood center(COVID-19)were statistic.Methods Collect the clinical plasma supply data of Ningxia Blood Center from 2018 to 2023,and analyze the annual supply of various plasma components.The percentage method was used to calculate the clinical supply and increasing proportion of virus-inactivated plasma in the period before and after COVID-19 epidemic.Results Before the period of COVID-19(2018-2019),the clinical supply rate of virus inactivated plasma in Ningxia Blood Center was 76.75%.The clinical supply rate of virus inactivated plasma was 93.80%in COVID-19 epidemic period(2020-2022),and 96.17%after COVID-19 epidemic period(2023).Conclusion With the development of economy and the improvement of national medical system,people’s consciousness of blood transfusion safety has been continuously improved,and virus inactivated plasma has been widely used in clinical practice,which has become the basic mode of plasma infusion in this area.
