摘　　要：目的探讨营养支持护理专科小组对住院患儿生长发育状况及营养水平的影响.方法选取2020年6月-2021年6月在肇庆市第一人民医院儿科住院患儿160例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组及对照组,每组各80例.对照组行常规营养指导,观察组通过成立营养支持护理专科小组对住院患儿进行营养指导,两组住院患儿干预时间为1年,比较两组干预前后生长发育情况及营养状况.结果干预后观察组体质量、胸围、血红蛋白、血清铁、锌、钙水平高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组营养不良发生率、贫血发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论通过建立营养支持护理专科小组,能为住院患儿提供有效的营养支持,使住院患儿获得更安全、合理的营养支持,从而改善住院患儿营养水平,促进住院患儿生长发育.Objective To explore the effect of nutrition support nursing specialist group on children’s growth and development status and nutritional.Methods 160 cases of children were selected for routine physical examination in the pediatrics of this hospital from June 2020 to June 2021.The children under physical examination were divided into observation group(n=80)and control group(n=80)by random number table.The control group were received with routine nutrition guidance.The observation group were provided with nutrition guidance to children through the establishment of nutrition support and nursing team.The intervention time of two groups of children were 1 year.The growth and development and nutritional status of two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results The levels of body weight,chest circumference,hemoglobin,serum iron,zinc,and calcium of observation group were higher than control group after intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of malnutrition and anemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of a nutrition support nursing team can provide children with effective nutrition support,so that children can obtain safer and more reasonable nutrition support,thereby improving children’s nutrition level,and promoting children’s growth and development and intellectual development.
