香砂平胃散加减联合小儿推拿治疗小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的效果比较

摘　　要：目的分析中药香砂平胃散加减联合小儿推拿方案在诊治小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎中的临床应用效果.方法选取2023年1月-2024年2月天津市宝坻区中医医院收治的60例急性肠系膜淋巴结炎小儿作为研究样本,随机等分为对照组、观察组,前者施以常规西药治疗方案,后者则行香砂平胃散加减联合小儿推拿方案,对比临床治疗效果.结果观察组患儿总有效率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);诊治后,两组患儿中医症状评分(腹胀、腹痛、恶心呕吐、纳差)较诊治前均降低(P<0.05),且相比于对照组,观察组的分值更低(P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿肠系膜肿大淋巴结纵径、横径均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且相比于对照组,观察组的分值更低(P<0.05).结论经对比分析,中药香砂平胃散加减联合小儿推拿方案治疗效果更显著.Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of Xiangsha Pingwei powder combined with massage treatment for children in improving children acute mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods 60 children with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in our hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected and randomly divided the research sample into two groups,which named the control group and the observation group.The former was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the latter was treated with modified Xiangsha Pingwei powder combined with pediatric massage,and the clinical therapeutic effect was compared.Results From the perspective of the total effective rate index of treatment,the observation group’s 93.33%was significantly higher than the control group’s 73.33%(P<0.05).After implementing treatment measures the scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms such as abdominal distension,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,poor appetite,milk and food stagnation were all lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the observation group had lower indicators(P<0.05).After treatment,the longitudinal and transverse diameter of lymph nodes with enlarged mesentery in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the observation group had lower indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Pingwei powder combined with massage can improve the therapeutic effect of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in children and has significant changes in the pain characteristics of the child.This diagnosis and treatment plan has promotional value in Linchuan and has reference research significance.
