摘　　要：功能性便秘是以排便困难、排便次数减少或排便不尽感为主要临床表现,一种无明显器质性病变,且不符合肠易激综合征诊断标准的疾病。功能性便秘虽然无器质性病变,但是严重影响人们的日常生活,极大地降低了人们的生活质量。目前功能性便秘病因尚未明确,针对性治疗效果不显著,功能性便秘发生时常伴有消极抑郁情绪的发生,中医着重情绪方面治疗功能性便秘效果良好。现将中医药关于伴有情绪障碍的功能性便秘的研究进展进行阐述。Functional constipation is a disease characterized by difficulty in defecation, reduced frequency of defecation or incomplete defecation. It is characterized by no obvious organic lesions and does not meet the diagnostic criteria for irritable bowel syndrome. Although functional constipation has no organic lesions, it seriously affects people's daily life and greatly reduces their quality of life. At present, the etiology of functional constipation is not yet clear, and targeted treatment is not effective. Functional constipation often occurs with negative depressive emotions. Traditional Chinese medicine focuses on emotional aspects to treat functional constipation effectively. This article elaborated on the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine on functional constipation accompanied by emotional disorders.
