摘　　要：肥胖型2型糖尿病是代谢过程中以循环系统与免疫系统病变为主的疾病,会加速中风及各类糖尿病并发症的出现。临床常口服或注射药物、减重手术等进行治疗,但难以覆盖众多患者需求,且不良反应较大,对于肝肾代谢造成不可逆性损伤。中医以整体观和辨证论治的特色在减脂降糖方面卓有成效,因此对针灸和其合并其他中医疗法的研究进展进行总结,为提高肥胖型2型糖尿病临床疗效提供更为绿色健康、安全有效的方式。Obese type 2 diabetes is a disease of the circulatory system and immune system in the metabolic process, which can accelerate the occurrence of stroke and various diabetes complications. Clinical treatment is often oral or injection drugs, weight loss surgery, etc., but it is difficult to cover the needs of many patients, and the side effects are large, causing irreversible damage to liver and kidney metabolism. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is effective in reducing fat and sugar with the characteristics of holistic view and syndrome differentiation. Therefore, this paper summarizes the research progress of acupuncture and its combination with other TCM therapies to provide a more green, healthy, safe and effective way to improve the clinical efficacy of obese type 2 diabetes.
