基于肠道菌群介导脑肠轴理论探讨中医药调节艾滋病相关性腹泻的作用机制

摘　　要：艾滋病(Human immunodeficiency virus, HIV)相关性腹泻与人体的肠道免疫功能以及肠道菌群的活动有着重要关联。脑肠轴是复杂的神经-内分泌网络,能双向调节脑与胃肠道,肠道菌群是脑肠轴的通路之一。此外研究发现,人体肠道菌群会随着肠道免疫状态的变化而变化,且也会受到神经系统的重要影响,而神经系统亦可反向调节肠道微生态的平衡。通过中医药治疗艾滋病相关性腹泻已有论述,但基于肠道菌群介导脑肠轴理论中医药调节HIV相关性腹泻是否存在相关性研究较少。因此深入研究基于肠道菌群介导脑肠轴理论的中医治疗,将为艾滋病相关性腹泻在临床防治提供新的治疗方法。HIV related diarrhea is closely related to the human intestinal immune function and the activity of gut microbiota. The brain gut axis is a complex neuroendocrine network that can regulate the brain and gastrointestinal tract in both directions. The gut microbiota is one of the pathways of the brain gut axis. In addition, research has found that the gut microbiota of the human body changes with changes in the intestinal immune status and is also significantly influenced by the nervous system, which can reverse regulate the balance of gut microbiota. The treatment of AIDS related diarrhea by traditional Chinese medicine has been discussed, but there is less research on whether there is correlation between TCM and HIV related diarrhea based on the theory of intestinal flora mediated brain gut axis. Therefore, in-depth study of TCM treatment based on the theory of intestinal flora mediated brain gut axis will provide a new treatment method for AIDS related diarrhea in clinical prevention and treatment.
