摘　　要：中医外治治疗慢性肾脏病(CKD)睡眠障碍的主要治疗方法有针刺疗法、耳穴压豆、足浴疗法、穴位按摩及芳香疗法、五音疗法等,其不良反应小,可改善CKD伴睡眠障碍患者的生活质量。现总结有关中医外治治疗慢性肾脏病睡眠障碍的研究近况,以期为临床治疗提供参考。The main Methods of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sleep disorders in chronic kidney disease(CKD) include acupuncture therapy, auricular point pressing bean therapy, foot bath therapy, acupoint massage and aromatherapy, five-tone therapy and so on, which have few adverse reactions and can improve the quality of life of CKD patients with sleep disorders. This paper summarized the recent research status of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sleep disorders in CKD,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
