摘　　要：肩周炎是一种以肩关节疼痛以及活动受限逐渐加重为主要症状的一种自限性疾病,发病率呈上升趋势,影响患者日常生活质量。临床上中医治疗肩周炎的方法较多,推拿手法的应用频率也在逐步增多,且效果良好。该文通过整理和分析近五年内采用推拿手法对粘连期肩周炎的治疗效果的文献,希望对今后推拿手法治疗肩周炎的相关研究以及治疗提供帮助。Shoulder Periarthritis is a self limited disease with worsening shoulder joint pain and limited mobility. The incidence rate is on the rise, affecting the quality of daily life. There are many traditional Chinese medicine Methods for treating shoulder periarthritis in clinical practice, and the application frequency of Tuina techniques is gradually increasing, with good results. This article summarized and analyzed the literature on the therapeutic effects of Tuina techniques on adhesive shoulder periarthritis in the past five years, hoping to provide assistance for future research and Tuina techniques in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis.
