2000年-2022年中医药治疗冠心病血运重建术后研究文献可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 分析中医药干预冠心病血运重建术后领域研究热点及发展趋势,为相关研究和临床提供参考。方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)2000年1月1日—2022年12月31日收录的中医药治疗冠心病血运重建术后研究文献。采用NoteExpressV 3.6软件进行文献管理及去重,采用Excel2021分析年度发文情况,采用VOSviewer 1.6.18和CiteSpace 6.2.R2软件对该领域作者、机构及关键词进行知识图谱绘制及分析。结果 共纳入1509篇文献,发文量总体呈增长趋势;涉及2859位作者,其中核心作者146位,领域内已形成以张敏州、阮新民等人为代表的核心学术团队;纳入383个机构,发文量最多的机构是广州中医药大学,中国中医科学院西苑医院中心性最高;高频关键词有经皮冠状动脉介入术、急性心肌梗死、再狭窄、中西医结合、心绞痛等;聚类分析形成再狭窄、meta分析等48个聚类模块;突现分析显示焦虑、心脏康复等关键词突现至今。结论 近20年本领域研究热度持续升高,研究热点主要涉及中医药治疗术后心绞痛、再狭窄,气虚血瘀证是重点研究证型,术后焦虑抑郁和心脏康复是近两年研究前沿。Objective To analyze the research hotspots and development trends in the field of TCM intervention after revascularization of coronary heart disease(CHD).To provide a reference for related research and clinical practice.Methods The literatures related to TCM treatment for CHD after revascularization in CNKI was retrieved from from January 1,2000 to December 31,2022.NoteExpress V3.6 software was used to manage the literature and de-duplicate.Excel 2021 software was used to analyze the annual publication situation,and the author,organization and keywords were mapped and analyzed by VOSviewer 1.6.18 and CiteSpace 6.2.R2.Results A total of 1509 articles were included,and the number of articles published showed an overall increasing trend.A total of 2859 authors were involved,including 146 core authors,and a core academic team represented by ZHANG Minzhou and RUAN Xinmin,had been formed in the field.A total of 383 institutions were included,and the institution with the most publications was Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,and Xiyuan Hospital of CACMS had the highest centrality.The high-frequency keywords included percutaneous coronary intervention,acute myocardial infarction,restenosis,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,angina pectoris,etc.;cluster analysis formed restenosis,Meta-analysis and other 48 cluster modules;emergence keywords such as anxiety and cardiac rehabilitation have continuously attracted attention in this field.Conclusion In the past 20 years,the research popularity in this field has continued to increase.Research hotspots mainly involve the treatment of postoperative angina pectoris and restenosis with traditional Chinese medicine.Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is the key research syndrome type,and postoperative anxiety and depression and cardiac rehabilitation are the research frontiers in the past two years.
