摘 要:钢板网(ESM)可改善高性能水泥复合砂浆(HPCCM)的力学性能。通过对ESM网丝试件、ESM三网格试件、ESM-HPCCM哑铃型试件等材料的拉伸性能试验,发现ESM附加进HPCCM,在长节距方向有明显的受力作用,而短节距方向的受力作用很小,经拟合后建立了ESM网丝的拉伸应力-应变模型,并在试验基础上,对ESM-HPCCM的承载力进行了计算分析,提出了ESM-HPCCM沿长节距方向承载力计算方法。将ESM-钢纤维HPCCM视作整体,参考钢纤维混凝土RILEM模型,提出了ESM-HPCCM材料本构模型。Expanded Steel Mesh(ESM)can improve the mechanical properties of High-Performance Cement Composite Mortar(HPCCM).Through the tensile performance tests of ESM wire nets specimens,ESM three-net specimens and ESM-HPCCM dumbbell-shaped specimens,it was found that the ESM attached to HPCCM had an obvious force effect in the long pitch direction,while the force effect in the short pitch direction was less evident.After fitting,the tensile stress-strain constitutive model of ESM mesh was established.Based on the test,the bearing capacity of ESM-HPCCM was calculated and analyzed,and the calculation method of bearing capacity of ESM-HPCCM along the long pitch direction was proposed.The ESM-steel fiber HPCCM was regarded as a whole,and the constitutional model of ESM-HPCCM material was proposed by referring to the RILEM model of steel fiber reinforced concrete.
