大学生未来取向、专业适应性与学习投入的关系

摘  要:以459名大学生为被试,采用问卷调查法,探讨大学生未来取向、专业适应性和学习投入之间的关系。结果表明:大学生未来取向、专业适应性、学习投入整体处于中等水平;未来取向、专业适应性和学习投入在年级和专业上都存在显著差异,并且未来取向和专业适应性个别维度在性别上存在显著差异;积极专业适应性、未来意志和未来认知能够有效正向预测学习投入,而消极专业适应性能够有效负向预测学习投入。Taking 459 college students as subjects,the questionnaire survey method was used to explore the rela⁃tionship between college students’future orientation,professional adaptability and learning engagement.The re⁃sults show that college students’future orientation,professional adaptability and learning engagement are at a me⁃dium level overall;there are significant differences in grade and major in future orientation,professional adapt⁃ability,and learning engagement,and the individual dimensions of future orientation and professional adaptability differ by gender significantly;positive professional adaptability,future will and future cognition can effectively and positively predict learning engagement,while negative professional adaptability can effectively and negatively predict learning engagement.
