摘　　要：详细分析张家口市口蘑产业发展历史,阐明其产业发展优势有自然条件优越、具备相对的知名度和宣传基础、栽培原料丰富、栽培设施多样、符合政策支撑导向和就业人员充足且类型多样。指出产业发展存在如下问题:口蘑经营主体的组织化程度低,缺乏大规模或龙头口蘑种植企业、品牌效应差,口蘑产品流通能力低、农业产业链有待拓展,口蘑生产技术落后,产学研融合程度有待进一步提升。提出针对性发展对策与建议,包括:优化口蘑经营主体产业组织模式,培育口蘑龙头企业,延伸口蘑产业化链条,推进区域口蘑公共品牌建设,推进口蘑轻简化、标准化栽培,构建现代口蘑产品流通体系,强化科研技术支撑作用,强化政府职能部门作用,加大产业政策和资金的支持力度。This paper provides a detailed analysis of the historical development of the mushroom industry in Zhangjiakou City,highlighting its advantages such as superior natural conditions,relative popularity and promotional basis,abundant cultivation materials,diverse cultivation facilities,alignment with policy support and adequate employment with diverse types.The paper points out existing problems in the industry,including low degree of organization of mushroom management entities,lack of large-scale or leading mushroom cultivation enterprises,poor brand effect,low circulation capacity of mushroom products,short agricultural industry chain,backward mushroom cultivation technique,and low integration of industry,academia,and research.The paper proposes targeted development strategies and suggestions,including optimizing the organizational model of mushroom business entities,encouraging the development of mushroom leading enterprises,extending the mushroom industrialization chain,promoting the construction of regional mushroom public brands,promoting simplified and standardized mushroom cultivation,establishing a modern mushroom product circulation system,strengthening research and technological support,enhancing the role of government functional departments,and providing strong support for industrial policies and funds.
