摘　　要：为了筛选早产、丰产的黄色大球盖菇品种,促进大球盖菇产业中品种的更新换代,以新菌株‘球黄B-19’及其亲本菌株‘明大128’、2个引进菌株‘黄球盖1号’和‘中菌金球盖1号’为试验菌株,比较菌丝生长特性、农艺性状和产量情况。结果表明,‘球黄B-19’‘黄球盖1号’和‘中菌金球盖1号’的菌盖均为黄色,其中‘球黄B-19’菌盖颜色稳定为黄色,菌丝抗性好,始收期为47 d,单位面积产量7.71 kg/m;2;‘黄球盖1号’在PDA培养基中菌丝生长速度快,达到3.56 mm/d,子实体硬度大,但始收期较长,为80 d,单位面积产量5.62 kg/m;2;‘中菌金球盖1号’菌丝生长速度慢,菌盖颜色浅且宽扁,有厚鳞片,始收期108 d,单位面积产量2.31 kg/m;2;。综合得出,‘球黄B-19’的各项性状综合表现较为突出,适宜在长三角地区进行冬季设施栽培。In order to screen early-harvest and high-yield varieties of yellow Stropharia rugosoannulata to promote the replacement of industrial varieties,the new strain‘Qiuhuang B-19’and its parent strain‘Mingda 128’,2 introduced stains‘Huangqiugai No.1’and‘Zhongjun Jinqiugai No.1’,were used as experimental strains to carry out varietal comparison tests,and the mycelial growth characteristics,agronomic traits and yield of three yellow S.rugosoannulata varieties(strains)were compared.The results showed that the fungus caps of‘Qiuhuang B-19’,‘Huangqiugai No.1’and‘Zhongjun Jinqiugai No.1’were all yellow.The strain‘Qiuhuang B-19’had stable yellow caps,good mycelium resistance.Its fist harvest period was 47 days,and the yield was 7.71 kg/m².‘Huangqiugai No.1’had a fast mycelium growth rate of 3.56 mm/day on PDA culture medium,large fruit bodies,and the period of first harvest was longer,reached 80 d,and a yield of 5.62 kg/m².‘Zhongjun Jinqiugai No.1’had a slow mycelium growth rate,light yellow caps that were wide and flat,and thick scales.The period of first harvest reached 108 d,and the yield was 2.31 kg/m2.Overall,the comprehensive performance of‘Qiuhuang B-19’was more outstanding,and it is suitable for winter greenhouse cultivation in the Yangtze River Delta region.
