大倾角煤层巷内矸石膏体充填置换煤柱技术探讨

摘  要:为使孟家窑煤业尽可能实现矸石零排放的目标,并提高煤炭资源采出率,以孟家窑煤业21202工作面为工程背景,提出了大倾角煤层巷内矸石膏体充填方法。重点介绍了巷内矸石膏体充填空间的隔离墙构筑、柔性膜袋支设和空间维护的技术,阐述了充填工艺流程和充填过程安全管控措施。孟家窑煤业若采用该方法充填巷道,可取消区段平巷煤柱,实现以矸换煤,保护矿区环境,且可年增收节支6018.5万元,具有显著的经济和社会效益。该技术可为条件类似的矿井推广应用提供参考。To achieve the goal of zero gangue discharge and improve the coal resource extraction rate at 21202 working face in Mengjiayao Coal Industry,the paper proposes a method of filling gangue and gypsum bodies in deeply-inclined coal seams tunnels,including the construction of the isolation wall,flexible membrane bag support,space maintenance technology for the filling space of the gangue gypsum body in the roadway,and the filling process flow and safety control measures for the filling process,which can eliminate the section level coal pillars and realize the exchanging coal gangue for coal to protect the mining environment with increase of the annual income and expenditure by 60.185 million yuan with significant economic and social benefits,providing a reference for popularization and application in similar mines.
