摘 要:为解决刀把式综采工作面在临近拐巷时留设的巷道煤柱结构失稳破坏,通过对留设煤柱距离、顶底板垂直应力分布特征及变化规律的模拟分析,结合理论值计算,得出最小距离安全煤柱宽度不小于10 m;利用注浆钻孔对煤体和顶板进行有效加固,控制工作面顺槽巷道顶帮和底鼓移近量均小于200 mm,对顺槽巷道变形起到较好控制作用。In order to solve the instability and failure of coal pillar structure in roadway near the turn,the paper concludes that the minimum distance of safe coal pillar width is not less than 10 m by simulation analysis of the distance of coal pillar and the distribution characteristics and change rules of vertical stress on top and floor and through the calculation of theoretical value,and proposes the reinforcement of the coal body and roof by grouting drilling with less than 200 mm of the displacement of the top wall and floor heave,which can effectively control the deformation of the channeling roadway.
