摘  要:为提高煤炭资源回收率、降低回采巷道掘进率以及缓解采掘衔接紧张,决定在成庄矿4311综放工作面43113巷进行沿空留巷试验,将该巷道用作下个工作面回风巷。为确保43113巷留巷段的可靠支护,决定应用新型无机高水充填材料作沿空留巷的巷帮支护体。现场留巷采用锚索补强+单体柱滞后加强支护联合手段,充填体采用对拉钢筋+W钢带+钢筋网增强加固技术;实践表明,充填体成型效果良好,经济效益显著。To improve the recovery rate of coal resources,reduce the excavation rate of mining tunnels,and alleviate the tight connection between mining and excavation,a test of gob-side entry retaining has been conducted in Lane 43113 of the 4311 fully mechanized caving face in Chengzhuang Mine,which is used as a ventilation roadway for the next working face.To ensure the reliable support of the retained roadway section of Lane 43113,a new type of inorganic high water filling material is applied as support body of laneway’s side for gob-side entry retaining.The on-site lane is reinforced by a combination of anchor cable reinforcement and single column lagging reinforcement support,while the filling body is reinforced by tension steel bars,W steel strips,and steel mesh reinforcement technology,whose practice has shown that the filling body has good forming effect and significant economic benefits.
