摘 要:为降低坚硬顶板矿压显现强度,以宏翔煤矿1509工作面地质条件为背景,采用现场试验方法,对水力压裂弱化顶板技术进行了研究应用,结论如下:(1)设计了工作面切眼以及顺槽巷道水力压裂技术方案,切眼水力压裂钻孔深度分别为55 m、30 m、10 m;顺槽巷道顶板水力压裂钻孔深度为30 m、10 m;(2)对水力压裂弱化顶板效果进行了分析,根据工作面推进期间矿压显现结果,1509工作面初次来压步距为32.6 m,周期来压步距平均为15.46 m,来压时工作面支架动载系数平均为1.57,采取水力压预裂弱化顶板措施后,工作面矿压显现强度明显降低。In order to reduce the strength of hard roof strata behavior at 1509 working face of Hongxiang Colliery,the author makes an application study on the weakening roof technology with hydraulic fracturing through on-site testing,whose conclusions are as follows:firstly,the hydraulic fracturing borehole depth of open-off cut is 55 m,30 m,and 10 m respectively while that of the roadway is 30 m and 10 m;secondly,the initial pressure step distance is 32.6 m while the average periodic pressure step distance is 15.46 m;finally,the average dynamic load coefficient of the working face support during pressure is 1.57 by analysis of the effect of hydraulic fracturing on weakening the roof,decreasing the strength of rock pressure manifestation in the working face significantly.
