摘 要:针对寺河二号井松软煤层巷道变形量大、维护困难、巷修任务重的问题,对巷道煤帮强度与泥岩成分进行分析,优化巷道支护参数,采用全长锚固与W钢带加强帮部支护强度,同时滞后掘进头进行浅孔注浆加固。优化巷道支护方案实施后,经现场矿压监测可知:巷道形得到有效控制,顶底板移近量最大值133.6 mm,两帮移近量最大值71.8 mm,满足现场回采要求。Aiming at the problems of large deformation,difficult maintenance,and heavy maintenance tasks in the soft coal seam roadway of No.2 well,Sihe Colliery,this article analyzes the strength of the roadway buttock and the composition of mudstone,optimizes the support parameters of the roadway,adopts full length anchoring and W-steel strip to strengthen the support strength of the buttock,and lags behind the excavation head to carry out shallow hole grouting reinforcement.On site mine pressure monitoring shows that the shape of the roadway has been effectively controlled,with a maximum displacement of 133.6 mm from the top and bottom,and a maximum displacement of 71.8 mm from both sides,which meets the requirements for on-site mining.
