摘 要:工作面过空巷时,容易发生大范围来压,造成空巷片帮、冒顶、支架倒塌等安全事故。以同生安平煤矿1213-1工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟的方法,对木垛支护与超高水材料填充空巷后的围岩变形特性进行全面对比,经现场测试后得出:回采过程接近空巷时,木垛支护基本失效,空巷高度仅为0.3~1 m,巷道变形严重,顶底板移近量达2500~3200 mm;而采用超高水材料作为充填空巷的方法后,空巷顶底板移近量由3.5 m减少为1.5 m,可有效地提升空巷围岩的总体强度。Taking the 1213-1 working face of Tongsheng Anping Colliery as the engineering background,a numerical simulation method has been used to comprehensively compare the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock after wooden support and ultra-high water material filling the abandoned roadway.Based on-site test,it is found that when the mining process approached the abandoned roadway,the wooden support is basically ineffective,the height of the abandoned roadway is only 0.3~1 m,the deformation of the roadway is severe,and the displacement of the roof and floor reaches 2500~3200 mm.Using ultra-high water material as the filling method for the abandoned roadway,the displacement of its height is reduced from 3.5 meters to 1.5 meters,which can effectively improve the overall strength of the surrounding rock of the abandoned roadway.
