摘 要:平顶U型巷道支护方案是针对软煤层(直壁)半圆拱巷道的优化支护技术。基于摩尔-库伦准则,可以确定半圆拱巷道与平顶U型巷道围岩的围岩塑性比例关系,即两种不同巷道围岩边缘位移分布规律相似,塑性面积占比近似相等。利用数值模拟方法,分析半圆拱巷道和平顶U型巷道中U型钢支架在围岩相互作用下的承载特性,认定U型钢支架可以满足上述两种巷道围岩支护的要求。通过在东风煤矿3204工作面回采巷道的应用以及对围岩位移的现场测量,验证了理论分析和数值模拟的准确性。The paper introduces the support optimization scheme of flat-topped U-shape roadway aiming at the(straight-wall)semi-circular arch roadway,in which the plastic ratio relationship of surrounding rock in semi-circular arch roadway and flat-topped U-shape roadway is determined based on Mohr-Coulomb criterion,and U-shape-steel support is determined to meet the requirements of surrounding rock support for the above two roadways by analysis of the bearing behavior of U-shape-steel support under the interaction of surrounding rock through numerical simulation.The accuracy of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation is verified through the field application and in-situ measurement of the surrounding rock displacement in stoping roadway at 3204 working face of Dongfeng Colliery.
