摘 要:屯兰矿拟定在18405工作面运输顺槽应用高水材料巷旁充填沿空留巷技术。通过理论分析、数值模拟、工程经验等手段对巷旁充填、补强支护、切顶卸压等工艺技术进行分析与探讨。经理论计算,得到所需的充填体宽度值为1.96 m,拟定了运输顺槽沿空留巷各项补强支护参数以及坚硬顶板切顶卸压的各项参数,现场应用取得了良好效果,提高了资源回收率。The technology of high water material roadway packing and gob-side entry retaining is proposed to be applied to the transportation entry of the 18405 working face in Tunlan Mine.Through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,engineering experience and other means,the author analyzes and explores the process technologies of roadside packing,supplement support,and roof cutting pressure relief,obtains the required width value of the filling body to be 1.96 meters,and formulates various supplement support parameters for the transportation roadway gob-side entry retaining,as well as various parameters for hard roof cutting pressure relief,whose field application has achieved good results and improved the resource recovery rate.
