摘  要:针对宜兴煤业12302工作面内JDX6陷落柱导水问题,根据陷落柱的分布情况,提出在12302辅运巷布置注浆孔对陷落柱进行注浆加固。结合现场条件,对注浆加固钻孔布置参数、布置方案进行详细设计,并综合检测钻孔取芯及出水、采面回采以及采后陷落柱出水等情况,分析注浆加固效果。经详细分析发现,注浆加固后陷落柱导水性及出水量均明显降低,采面回采期间及采后陷落柱均不再出水。实际应用表明,采用注浆加固技术对陷落柱导水裂隙封堵及陷落柱内破碎岩体的加固,效果良好。Aiming at the water conductivity problem of JDX6 subsided columns in the 12302 working face of Yixing Coal Industry,based on the distribution of subsided columns,the author proposes to arrange grouting holes in the 12302 auxiliary transportation roadway to reinforce the subsided columns,designs in detail the layout parameters and scheme of grouting reinforcement boreholes according to the on-site conditions,and analyzes the effect of grouting reinforcement by comprehensively testing the drilling core and water output,mining face recovery,and post mining collapse column water output.Practical applications show that grouting reinforcement technology for sealing water conducting cracks in subsided columns and reinforcing fractured rock masses inside subsided columns has achieved good results.
